Your expertise in video processing will be utilized with the goal of achieving the best possible picture quality by working closely with our algorithm team, chip design team, validation team and TV makers. 欢迎您加入V-Silicon Display & Picture Quality团队。V-Silicon一直致力于为客户提供最理想、最优秀的智能电视芯片。通过与我们的算法团队、芯片设计团队、验证团队以及电视制造商的密切合作，您在视频图像处理方面的专业知识将融入到“追求更卓越图像质量”的实践中并大放异彩。 Your primary roles and responsibilities will include: 您的主要角色和职责将包括： Responsible for FPGA verification and post-silicon validation, feature bring-up, and picture quality tuning. · 负责FPGA验证、芯片功能验证和视频图像调校； Implementing PQ-related measurements, conducting periodic PQ workshops and helping on improving the video processing algorithm. 进行PQ相关的指标测量分析，定期进行PQ 研讨并协助改进视频图像处理算法； Developing software driver for video IPs. · 开发视频IP?？榈牡撞闱?； Writing technical notes or documents, and training customers for PQ-related features. · 编写技术文档，并为客户提供PQ相关功能的技术培训； Researching and staying current on video processing technologies and trends to help V-Silicon to plan new chips for the future. · 研究和掌握视频处理技术和趋势，为V-Silicon规划未来的芯片提供建议； Technical support customer projects. · 为客户项目提供技术支持 Preferred Qualifications 任职资格 符合以下条件者优先： At least three years hands-on experience in display video processing engineering. · 至少三年的视频图像处理相关工作经验； Deep understanding of video processing algorithms and techniques such as Noise Reduction, Color Enhancement, Sharpness Enhancement, Dynamic Contrast Improvement, HDR processing, De-interlacer, MEMC, Local Dimming, etc. · 深入理解视频处理相关的算法和技术，如降噪、色彩增强、清晰度增强、动态对比度改善、HDR处理、MEMC、局部调光等； Excellent familiarity with picture quality measurement methods and tools. · 精通图像质量测量方法和相关工具设备的使用； Rich Experience in picture quality troubleshooting and fine tuning for TV products. 具备丰富的电视图像质量问题分析和调校经验 Good skills in Matlab modeling, and C/C++ or Python programming. · 熟练的Matlab运用能力、C/C++或Python编程技能； Strong ability to analyze & solve problem, good starter and able to independently drive tasks to completion. 扎实的分析问题、解决问题的能力，以及主动、独立完成工作任务的能力 Have good English hearing, speaking, reading and writing capabilities. · 良好的英语听说读写能力； Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills. · 出色的团队合作和人际交往能力； Willing to travel domestically and internationally. 愿意在国内外出差 Academic Credentials 学历要求 Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Microelectronics Engineering (ME), or Computer Science (CS). · 电气工程/电子工程（EE）、通信工程（ECE）、微电子工程（ME）或计算机科学（CS）专业学士学位或以上。
